The room was tidy with traditional tatami mats and had a wake-up service available; the location was great, being near the shopping area.

fantastic and clean place with thoughtful staff. reasonably spacious rooms with a private safe, central heating, and television, pleasant views. clean private bathroom. very good service from the staff. simply nothing to complain about, wonderful stay.

The building is amazing, rooms are incredibly comfortable and fine, and the location near the hell valley and attractions like the bear park is great.

The location was marvellous, conveniently located near a convenience store, other shops, and the main bus station. the spacious rooms were equipped with tatami mats and featured four mattresses. the hair dryer, bath sheets, and slippers were very handy.

The modern accommodation here impressed us, especially with the friendly and attentive staff, and we appreciated the neat and cosy twin room with tatami mats, a nice upgrade.
